Lanzhou Dacheng solar-thermal power generation demonstration project was established in Lanzhou New Area, Dacheng solar energy industry Park. The scale of the project is 200 kWe.

The entire solar collector system are designed, produced and implemented by Lanzhou Dacheng. The solar collector system has two groups of the 150 m Parabolic Trough collectors and two groups of the 96 m linear Fresnel collectors.

The project successfully generated power on May 9, 2012 in the afternoon, and the power was connected to the grid. The active power exceeded 150kw, generated over 200kwh electricity in that day. The project has accumulated generated over 50000 KWH so far.
